We're been testing the Garmin Nuvi 780 which uses the MSN Direct service for traffic information as well as gas prices, weather reports, movie times, local events, stock quotes and news headlines. I like this service very much, especially one day I was driving and I got a weather alert for a tornado near by. The traffic information is really helpful because the GPS will show you an alert and then you can choose if you want to avoid it and the GPS will calculate a new route for you. The gas prices information is real good because you can compare all the near by gas stations prices. Another cool feature is than the Nuvi 780 GPS add on unit stero jack, that you can plug to you car stereo and listed both the route information with the text-to-speech feature that call out the street names for an easier driving, and on the other hand you can listen to your favorite MP3 music that you can store in a SD card that you can insert on the Nuvi 780, or you can subscribe to Audible and get you favorite audio book titles.
The Garmin Nuvi 780 also has the Multi Point Routing which allow you to save several places that you need to go to such a delivery routes for a particular day, or the errands to plan your best routes for that day like going the day care, then to your work, then going to a business meeting, then going to a restaurant, the gas station, the dry cleaner, the day care and back home. This feature will allow you to either calculate the best route to save millage and gas or you can set it up manually in the order you need it. You can save up to 10 different routes for future use.
